a) Visit hertz.com/businessrewards to enroll your company in the Hertz Business Rewards Program.
b) Upon enrolling in the Hertz Business Rewards Program (“Program” or “Rewards Program”) your company (“company”) is enrolled in the Hertz Business Rewards Programs.
c) You can immediately begin to use your company’s new Hertz Business Rewards Corporate Discount Number (CDP#) on future bookings.
d) To receive your company’s Hertz Business Rewards program earned Free Rental Day certificates and view Program content within the portal, you are required to agree to these Terms & Conditions for the Hertz Business Rewards Administrative Portal (“Portal”).
e) Enrollment in this portal is open for three contacts within your company: primary contact, secondary contact and travel agent contact.

USE OF THE HERTZ BUSINESS REWARDS PORTAL
a) Use of the Program’s portal is restricted to your company’s designated travel administrator, secondary contact and travel agent. The primary contact on the account must be a proper contact name for the account to remain eligible for free day certificates.
b) Content within the portal is copy righted to Hertz and use of content outside of the portal is restricted.
c) Rental data within the portal is used for free rental day credits earned from qualifying company’s CDP# rentals.

COMMUNICATIONS FROM HERTZ BUSINESS REWARDS PORTAL
a) Company contacts enrolled in the Portal will receive non-marketing email communications regarding the Hertz Business Reward Free Day Certificates.

HERTZ BUSINESS REWARDS FREE DAY CERTIFICATES TERMS & CONDITIONS
a) Earned Free Rental Day Certificates: use of the certificate is limited to participants in Hertz Business Rewards®.
b) Free day certificates have no cash value, are non-transferable and are not available for purchase, sale or exchange. Certificates must be presented and surrendered at the time of rental.
c) The certificate entitles the Hertz Business Rewards participant to one Free Rental Day of a Hertz car from a Compact 4-Door through a Premium car on your Business Rewards Contract Rate or any Hertz Leisure Daily, Weekly or Weekend Rental Rate at participating Hertz locations in the U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico.
d) Use of this certificate is limited to participants in Hertz Business Rewards. Certificates have no cash value, are non-transferable, cannot be sold, cannot be exchanged or returned, are non-refundable, and will not be replaced if expired, lost, stolen or destroyed.
e) Certificates that have been purchased or sold from any online or other retail establishment, altered, or copied are void and will not be accepted. Intended recipient of certificates must go to the Hertz counter to show identification at the time of rental.
f) Account's CDP number must be disclosed by the intended recipient at the time of reservation and rental. Certificates must be presented and surrendered at the time of rental. Misuse of an account CDP number, in the sole judgment of Hertz, will disqualify that account from further participation in this program. Furthermore, Hertz reserves the right to remove an administrator from the portal and program if, in the sole judgment of Hertz, they are deemed to be involved in the misuse of a reward or account CDP #. Certificates mailed by Hertz to the contact at the address we have on record and not returned to Hertz by the U.S. Postal Service will not be reissued.
g) Advanced reservations are required using appropriate PC number shown on the certificate.
h) Present this certificate and receive one rental day free of a Compact 4-Door, Midsize, Full-Size 4-Door, or Premium car. Certificate must be used in conjunction with your Business Rewards Contract Rate or any Hertz Leisure Daily, Weekly or Weekend Rental Rate at participating Hertz locations in the U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico. Minimum rental age is 20. Minimum rental age in MS is 21; age differential charges and certain exceptions may apply.
i) Offer is subject to availability. Blackout periods may apply. If a rental begins during a blackout period, the whole rental is blacked out. The certificate may not be valid with certain promotional rates. Free Rental Day Certificates must be presented at the time of rental and must be used on the first day of rental or, in the case of more than one Free Day being redeemed, the initial days of rental. Free Rental Day Certificates are limited to a maximum of seven free consecutive rental day certificates used in one rental. Additional hourly charges for periods of less than one day cannot be combined to equal a day.
j) Certificates cannot be applied to completed rentals. No refund or credit will apply for early vehicle returns. This certificate has no cash value and may not be used with any other certificate, discount, offer or promotion, except if provided under your Business Rewards CDP number. Standard rental qualifications, rental period and return restrictions must be met or offer is void. Free Rental Day Certificates apply to time and mileage charges only. Taxes and fees are excluded. Hertz rate and rental conditions for the renting location apply, and the car must be returned to the original location of rental.
k) Free Rental Days resulting from this certificate are not eligible to earn rental day credits in the program and do not qualify for Hertz Gold Plus Rewards® points or frequent traveler miles/points/credits. Hertz reserves the right to change or eliminate the rates, discounts, differentials and other terms of Hertz Business Rewards without notice.

Terms and Conditions

1. To enroll in The Hertz Business Rewards program, companies must complete the mandatory registration details on The Hertz Business Rewards website, including confirming acceptance of these terms and conditions. Rewards cannot be earned until registration as a Hertz Business Rewards account, including acceptance of these terms and conditions, is complete.
2. A business is considered a company if it has legal entity status in the U.S. and/or Canada. Proof of legal entity status, including a Tax ID, will be required.
3. Once registered, Hertz will provide The Hertz Business Rewards account with an assigned corporate discount number (CDP#). The CDP# may then be used to receive contract rates or discounts on vehicle rentals by account holders.
4. During the first 90 days following enrollment, the Hertz Business Rewards account will earn one Free Rental Day Certificate for every 5 rental days completed under the CDP Number. After the initial 90 days, the Hertz Business Rewards account will earn one Free Rental Day Certificate for every 15 rental days completed under the CDP Number. Additional hour charges for periods less than one day cannot be combined to equal a day. Free Rental Day Certificates apply to time and mileage charges only and exclude taxes, fees and options. Free Rental Day Certificates expire 6 months after issuance. 
5. Hertz standard age, driver and credit qualifications in effect at the time and place of vehicle rental will apply.
6. Hertz Business Rewards and discounts and corporate rates are nontransferable and are available only at participating locations, which participation is subject to change without notice.
7. Hertz Business Rewards discounts and corporate rates may not be combined or used with Travel Industry Discounts, Tour Rates, insurance/dealer replacement rentals, or any other Hertz discount or promotion rates.
8. Taxes, airport fees, vehicle licensing cost recoveries and similar surcharges as well as charges for optional services are not included and are not subject to discount.
9. The Hertz Business Rewards program may be modified, amended or terminated at any time for any reason without notice.
10. If the Hertz Business Rewards account has had no rental activity for a period of two (2) years, the account will be unenrolled in the program and any unused certificates and/or points will be forfeited. Rental activity means a rental was completed or credits were earned on the account.
11. The assigned Hertz Business Rewards Corporate Discount number may be used by employees, contractors and authorized renters of the small or medium-sized business enrolled in Business Rewards.
12. All Hertz Business Rewards accounts must supply valid contact information and update such contact information as necessary. In the event communication with an Account is necessary, Hertz will rely on the Hertz Business Rewards account contact information on file for such communications. Hertz has the right to terminate an account and/or revoke certificates if it determines, in its sole discretion, that an account has multiple email addresses and/or is suspected of being related to fraudulent or abusive activity and/or is not in Hertz best interest.
13. Hertz reserves the right to modify account and/or change eligibility status at any time or any reason.

Hertz Business Rewards Privacy Notice: Hertz Business Rewards is a program under which small and medium-sized businesses may receive reduced rates and other benefits in consideration for their allowing Hertz and its affiliates, licensees and unaffiliated business partners to market their goods and services to the businesses participating in the program. Accordingly, any business that discloses personally identifiable data about any individual to Hertz in the course of establishing or maintaining that business’ participation in the program by that act (i) consents or “opts in” to the use by Hertz of that data for marketing purposes and to the disclosure of that data to affiliates and licensees of Hertz, as well as to companies that are not affiliates or licensees of Hertz, for marketing purposes and (ii) represents to Hertz that that business has the right to disclose such data to Hertz in the view of the uses and disclosures that Hertz may make of the data. Further, the individual representative of such business who provides such data to Hertz represents and warrants that he or she is the legal representative of such business, and has the authority to disclose such information for the uses set forth in this Privacy Notice.
